HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Orders, excluding custom pieces, are shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order has shipped.

HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail 1-3 Business Days from Tampa, FL.

CAN I GET MY BOOTSHINE PIECE REPAIRED IF IT BREAKS?

Bootshine does offer repairs on our merchandise. Please email a photo of your item to hello@bootshinejewelry.com to begin the repair process.  Repairs may take up to two weeks to be processed and returned.  Costs assessed on a per piece basis.

AM I ABLE TO EXCHANGE AND/OR RETURN MY PURCHASE?

Yes, please return your item(s) within 14 days for a refund. Your item will be eligible for an exchange within 30 days of purchase. All item(s) must be in original condition and packaging to be eligible for an exchange or return. Bootshine Jewelry is not responsible for return shipping. Please contact us at hello@boothsinejewelry.com  with any questions or if you need assistance.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM PIECES?

We love to create custom pieces! Send your ideas, artwork and contact information to: hello@bootshinejewelry.com. All custom orders are final sales.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Please email hello@bootshinejewelry.com to process your cancellation. If your order has already been shipped, Bootshine will be unable to process a cancellation.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY BOOTSHINE PIECES?

Each Bootshine piece is handcrafted with the finest leather. While over time it may fade or soften as leather often does all it needs is the following: 
Take a gentle leather cleaner/ wipe to the leather and it will bring the "shine"back to life. Each piece of jewelry is safe to wipe down with a jewelry cloth/wipe or cleaner to restore the "shine" as well.
